least expensive place to buy moving "blankets"?
We've moved across the country and will be renting for awhile until we decide on an area where we want to live. A relocation company moved us and has had our stuff in temp. storage for the last few weeks, but we now have to put it into our own storage because theirs is WAY too expensive (company paid for the first 2 months). They wrapped up furniture in moving quilts, etc., but I imagine they will un-wrap everything since those quilts belong to them. I'll still need to protect things in storage, and I'm wondering if there's a cheap place to buy (or rent) like items. I don't have many extra old blankets, and what I do have is packed away in some box in storage Any ideas?
Thanks!

Go to every thrift store in your area and see what they have for old blankets~ and keep your eye out for yours as you repack!

I would start from moving company, ask them, may be for one reason or another they'll sell those used blankets to you(cheap?). You may save time with unwrapping and wrapping back.

Good suggestions, thanks!
Oh, I'd love to leave things wrapped up, but I guess we have to un-do the furniture in order to check for damage. When we take possession of it, any damage has to be documented then, not when we actually get it into a house (eventually).

Prior to my move several years ago I bought a bunch of them at Costco, very cheap.

Harbor Freight has sales on them quite often for like $4.99. I found craigslist to be a good source of moving boxes and blankets.
