Maybe base it on lifted Pickup trucks per capita...how many people back into a parking spot vs pulling straight in...? I don't know. Whey Protein consumption? Hockey jersey sales, camo hunting jacket sales, Jack Daniels button up shirt sales? Maybe average Belt Buckle size?

It's going to be debatable which things are manly. I suppose some things that tend to be more interesting or common to men than women, in most cultures, might include

Taking drugs or potions for ED or baldness - Women can go bald, but it's rarer.

Desire to see women naked - Women can have that too, but I would think straight-male strip clubs would still outnumber lesbian strip clubs in virtually all cities.

Heavy lifting - I can't lift as much as most women, but on average men are more likely to be able to lift heavy loads than women. So whatever occupations still need that to any degree. (Some construction, maybe certain firefighting positions)

Obsession with machines and gadgets - Women can have that too, but I think it's still rarer for women to be obsessed or emotionally attached to machines.

Risking your life - Around puberty males become more willing to risk their life for stunts or displays than females in many to most cultures. Possibly it's meant to be like part of courtship display or something.

None of this means that the "manliest thing" of all is a bald mechanic who, when not working, either goes to strip clubs or does death-defying stunts. Still odds being what they are a person who fits all that is almost certainly male even if it's possible for a woman to be bald, reckless, and a mechanic. (Heck there might be women like that, I'm just saying the few people like that will probably be men)
