In Los Angeles County, my sample ballot says that election materials can be requested for Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Tagalog/Filipino, Japanese, Thai, Khmer and Hindi.
This makes a total of 10 languages, including English. Interesting that all the translations are for Asian languages with the exception of Spanish. I'm pretty surprised that Armenian, Farsi and Russian aren't options in L.A.
So, for your city/county, what languages are available for your election materials?
