I've seen a thread about states with the strongest work ethic....how about one for the cities & states that are proud to relax more & work less....any ideas??

Hmmmm, ok....ok...interesting. Seems to me like you would have to be rich to be able to live in or near either of those places, but, different at least.

from what i've seen, the most relaxed cities would be tampa, erie, savannah, & indianapolis.

the most relaxed state is probably west virginia.
