The following map would seem to indicate Detroit, DC, NYC, and Atlanta are high possibilities.

Seeing as Dearborn is in the Detroit metro I might place them high.

Yeah
I think more recent numbers would be interesting because many muslims immigrate to the US between 2000 and 2010 ( more than 1 million) and they make many babies.They're certainly much more in California and Texas now.

Dearborn is over 30% Muslim, signage and service are often in both Arabic and English. Flint also has a high Muslim population, along with areas of Detroit proper.
