Lauren Cohan from the Walking Dead is also English (though born in Philly). She looks like any ordinary white woman here in America. Though not really all that ordinary because she is kinda hot.

As a group the germans stand out also have more defined facial features than white americans. I have seen many times side to side groups of white americans and germans they usually look nothing alike.
No, they don't. Go spread your nonsense elsewhere. I was hoping the mods band you permanently. Unfortunately they didn't and you are back to talk nonsense. Have you traveled outside of South America yet? Lol
Unless she adopted her stepfathers last name I bet she is Jewish.
Well, she's Jewish because she was raised Jewish. But I don't think her biological father is Jewish. Wiki says her mother converted to Judaism when she remarried.
But this has nothing to do with my point. Most people assumed that Lauren Cohan, Andrew Lincoln and David Morrissey were all American. A lot of people were taken aback when they appeared on the Talking Dead and started speaking with these full blown English accents. So I don't think there's really any phenotypical difference between the average American and average Brit.
On a side note, Lenny James, the actor who plays Morgan on the Walking Dead, is also English. He completely had me fooled. British actors are much better at speaking with American accents than the other way around.

I think it's that white American appearance is broad enough there's some overlap between the look of many, but not all people from European countries (but more north and western Europe).

I agree. Most white Americans are the descendants of Germans, Scots, Irish, English, etc. So why would they look so different?
I think Russians tend to be easier to pick out of a crowd. Many tend to have round(er) faces.
