I have a teen son with NVLD and PTSD ..i will be graduating form nursing school as a LPN in Dec...I am trying to find out if Texas is a good place for us to move to...i am getting mixed messages from a lot of articles and documents on mental health care there...and he needs proper schooling for his special needs...i wont even look for a job until i know that the state or at least a part of the state where we will live will help me care for his schooling and mental health needs...once that is accomplished ill do job huntin get the job and move there.
WE are partial to the south because My son needs outdoor activity thatb is not hindered by climate changes that are so drastic like frigid weather...its unbearable for me and my son and a pool is very therapeutic for him he dont need his meds while hes in the pool. And it helps center him. The economy stinks here in Wisc.as well.bad memories too you name it...!
