I would assume Seattle, San Diego, Miami, & Denver to all be great too.

New Orleans was really neat the first time I flew in. You can see the river, Lake Ponchartrain, swamps, the Superdome, and depending on how they land, you can sometimes see the cemeteries if you know what you're looking for (not your typical cemeteries down here!).

When I used to fly, I liked flying over the salt flats in Utah but truthfully, the best approach is the one wherever you live because you know you are thisclose to getting off the stinkin' plane and sleeping in your own bed that night.

I'd have to go with JFK for obvious reasons.

I really like flying into SF! It was my first time there and that far from home, so it looked so magical when I landed there.

Landing in Newark is something people will always remember. Elizabeth's industrial area is embarrassing, but the meadowlands, NYC/NWK/JC skylines, density and highways are really interesting from up above.

As someone who flies exclusively out of LAX, I have had the opportunity to see the Staples Center and the Hollywood Bowl. It was really neat when I could recognize famous structures while still in the sky.
