I've read a lot about the west having low humidity, but home for me is the east coast, so I'd like to stay closer to this area. What cities/areas have the lowest overall humidity, moderate weather, and not many bugs and house pests? Thanks

High altitude areas in the east tend to have lower humidity and more moderate weather. Check out Asheville, NC...Boone, NC...Johnson City (Tri-Cities)TN...Roanoke/Blacksburg, VA. I can't speak to the bugs/pests part but it seems they do like the higher humidity.

Yeah, I was going to suggest Boston too. If you don't need to be on the coast, check out Buffalo, Rochester, Syracuse, Albany. Also, aforementioned Burlington. Stay north of Philadelphia.

That is helpful. Thank you. Home is the east coast, but VA has gotten too humid and "buggy" for me.

Are you kidding ben a?? I'm from Rochester. Buffalo, Rochester and Syracuse are among the highest in the nation for precipitation and humidity! Stay away from anything south of Lake Ontario!

OP, I agree with Kyle. I was going to list the very same areas, lol. I'm familiar with all of them and the humidity is at very reasonable levels. They're all great areas to live as well.
