As the thread topic says, Im looking to move back to USA next year.
Ill be 20, just with my college degree, straight from Europe.
I am an American Citizen though

So what are some cities/areas that are:
-Safe, low crime rates.
-Cheap, reasonable renting for house/apartment, for low price.
-Oppurtunities, jobs available, prefarably in Retail, like shop manager.

Share your advice, and it will help to narrow my research down..
Thanks !

Safe- low crime- try the rustbelt cities and midwest cities- Pittsburgh , Cincinnati, Columbus, Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Buffalo,
Cheap- southern cities, and rustbelt cities. Charlotte, Atlanta, Birmingham, Mobile, Nashville, Pittsburgh, Cincinatti
Opportunities- south and west cities like Pheonix , San Antonio , Austin, Dallas . Southeast cities like Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, etc. And NYC , of course.

See the problem? Its really tough to get more than 2 of your 3 criteria in the same place! I'd guess the south-east cities probably score the best overall.

Upstate NY. Try the suburbs of Syracuse or Rochester. Low unemployment, lots of retired people who's main activity is shopping. Not a lot of young people tho, and it helps to like winter activities.

Yes and no...Meaning, there are a lot of college students in the area(I believe that the Central NY region has something like the 3rd higher number per capita), but quite a few young people have left. Some have come back though.
