I'd go with Colorado,Idaho or Montana. Check out some houses for sale in some towns there. Oh it's going to be cold.
Myself I wouldn't like those areas because there is too much snow but some people don't mind that.

Colorado seems to be the place everyone wants to be.

Demi and Ashton prefer Idaho--I think that is where they live.

Mine warehouses,I think there mite be some shiping warehouses in cheyenne.
That is kind of stuff that is in bigger citties my wife used to do warhousing. There probably is not enouf people to have warehouses,To suplly Wyoming, denver, salt lake and billings is were the warehouses are. The unemployment rate in april state wide was 2.9% that is to low to build warehouses and find someone to work in them. sorry??

Yeah but where in Colorado can ilive in a town less than 6000 people but still be within 30 miles of nice size town and not pay through the nose for a house. So far everywhere i have looked in colorado, the house prices are high.
If you noticed in my profile i am a warehouse superviser and would like to work for a warehouse as a manager or superviser again.Any tips on towns to research would be appreciated.
