I'd think most large cities would have someone. And maybe look in the directories of cities in Washington State. There seem to be a lot of literary magazines and writers who live there.

But don't tell them you want them to look at a "fiction novel", please! A novel by definition is fiction.

Is there any particular genre or style you're leaning toward?

I'd think Boston or San Francisco might have some, but I admit I don't know for certain.
