derek10rr: I understand your point but remember those are averages. There's
just as many people making more than that is there is less. Plus people make
money in other ways beyond their standard salaries, stock options...ect.

somewhere in florida such as melbourne(very nice suberbs such as viera,suntree etc.)
anywhere along the space coast is nice, nice beaches,low crime, fits your price range, sunny
but only downside is the occasional hurricane
