This is just disheartening. When is the government going to do something about this? I am so tired of them setting standards for emission decreases that are 20 years down the road and then not reaching them and constantly changing them.

Humanity can only keep going like this for so long before we pay the consequences. We need clean energy and clean industries that don't harm the environment.

That was only on ozone. Not other measures, or overall air pollution.
