Default Heating oil for Winter 07/08

So... it's that time a year again when I can "lock in" my heating oil price, it's one of those pre-buy monthly payment systems and has worked well for us in the past.

The price is at $2.689 per gallon. What do you think? Is oil about to plummet? Anyone have any reason to think prices will go down at all? Yeah right.
