holy ****! i go to the college that did that study! and i'm a geography/demography major there, so even cooler. surprised i never heard about it. awesome!

anyway... can't say i'm surprised seattle is at the top, although raleigh & colorado springs surprise me. i wish the population boundaries were 150,000+ instead of 250,000+, because i'd be curious to see where providence & hartford would have ended up.

Why would Raleigh,NC surprise you? Have you ever heard of RTP? It's the biggest research park in the world.
