Your sources from the city mayors website is all you have? that website os never trusted one bit. Its predictions are always wrong, i suprised you didnt know that, ummmm since your 18 years old? Anyhow... while were typing on our keyboards the population of Houston and Dallas and Atlanta is gaining way more than pooor miami. Even my hometowns metro is gaining more people that miami's haha

what kind of argument is money23 trying to make. Because I'm confused. Miami has showed signs within the past DECADE that they aren't growing as fast as Dallas, Houston, and Atlanta. Main factors is because Miami is more expensive to live in and it's hampered by it's geographic position with the ocean to the east and a giant swamp to the west whereas Atlanta, Dallas, and Houston are not.

Btw: Atlanta MSA is expected to pass Miami MSA in i think 1-2 years so that will prove to you how smart you are!

Omaha was ranked 55th with 961,840 a change of +25.06%
Albuquerque was ranked 53rd with 1,062,718 with a change of +45.24%

Both are actually expected to have a bit more, the studies we took showed that omaha would have 979,432 and Albuquerque would have 1,098,561. Also both will be on Americas top 10 fastest growing metros pretty soon!!

Yep you got it right. What is the Demonym for someone in omaha?

Yes we sure do!!, our growth and development is very poor planned, and it gets pretty messy, especially in Rio Rancho part of the MSA were half of the roads leading towards HUGE suburban subdivsions are not paved that city has about 86,000+, but the planning in some areas like mesa del sol, which btw is the largest urban planned community in the USA, is very well and neatly planned and designed this sucker is a real walkable community!

According to forbes where one of the most watched cities, according to the article i had it said this city's growth will be outrageous.. along with colorado springs, home prices will go threw the roof.

How is home building and development/growth in OMAHA?
