Bernie Marcus (Home Depot) founder is trying make Atlanta a new bigger Orlando.. Height of the Wheel could be as high as 900 feet. He has already built the worlds largest Aquarium in Atlanta, and these are his next projects to make an everlasting landmark in Atlanta.

The observation wheel is just a proposal at this point. There's no dedicated funding targeted for it, which is estimated at $200 million.

It is supposed to be built above the Ga Aquarium with a clear roof to observe in on for 5 minutes. You would see the new world Dolphin exhibit.
