I just wanted to know what cities have a lot of billboard signs around their town.This is considered noise and ordinances won't allow but so many billboard in certain cities.S ome people find billboards to be hideous,whereby ican take them or leave them.

ALLL cities have them,and even in some suburbs.They even put them among the lovely oaks and hills in Door County Wisc and a grass roots campaign was started to NOT shop or use services advertised on any bullboard. I think they are an eye sore and hope to see the day that they are all banned.

I remember seeing quite a few in the Pittsburgh area and on I-70 east and west of town. Many had those tacky "XXX" bookstores or "Gentlemen's Club" ads. Some of the billboards are close to I-70, you could almost touch them.

me too, I can't stand billboards. they're ugly and pretty much ignored. The only signs I pay attention to are the ones that say what is at the next exit.

BTW, San Antonio probably takes the cake for billboards. they're everywhere and make the place even more tacky looking than it already is..
