Does anyone know where is the best location in the US to start and operate a non-profit(charitable) thrift store?

I hope it's by me! I love thrift stores. I found a scarf for 25 cents at one and sold it on eBay for $102.50. I was thrilled to pieces.

Actually, I haven't a clue where one would do well.

Good luck to you and check your inventory carefully. You may have an expensive item come in that you could sell on eBay and contribute more to the charitable organization.
