but whole point point is that those men have no way of seeing even close to one percent of the female population. it becomes a hasty generalization when you are drawing a conclusion about a huge population based upon a small, completely unrepresentative sample.
even IF all men could agree on what is and isnt attractive, theres no way for them to even come close to seeing 1 percent of the female population for any of these states. you cant conclude which southern state has the best looking women. everyone will give you different answers based upon the 0.000000000001 percent of the population of each state that they saw. in the end, this thread is nothing but hasty generalizations.
But JJW....can you think of a better topic (Southern Belles *drool*) than to be hasty and generalize over?...consistent and often I might add.
Give me a blue-eyed blond haired Southern Belle and we're talking about God's finest creation!!!..........uh oh, cold shower time!
Clay County Kentucky has the hottest women. I thought Virginia and West Virginia weren't southern states? That is what the other 3,000 threads seem to say at least.

I believe it's just Northern Virginia and the area around DC that's not deemed "Southern." I'm pretty sure Lynchburg is deemed Southern and Lee County Virginia looks to be a highly Southern Baptist county that trended Republican in the 2008 election. Although it looks to be Southern-Appalachian rather than just "South."
I would guess Richmond and Roanoke are at least somewhat Southern. If none of Virginia is Southern anymore that's sad as they were in many senses the "Original Southern State." (Them and South Carolina, Georgia was settled a bit later.)

Anywhere where the girls actually speak in a good 'ol southern drawl (dead serious here), the stronger the better (ok as long as I can understand her!).
'Southern' women who speak with 'no accent' (bland GenAm accent) are 'southern' only by accident .

I love diversity and seeing beautiful women of all races, so before clicking on this thread, my answer would have been Florida or Texas by a LARGE margin over the others...with FL edging out TX.
Since they arent up there, I guess I'd have to go with Georgia...followed closely by NC and VA...since those states offer the most diversity of women to choose from of the states listed.

West Virginia succeeded from Virginia in the Civil War & kentucky remained neutral. So, Virginia is most definatly a southern state seeing as how they had a very large in the war and have a strong heritage going back to it. West virginia and kentucky not so much so. But they still are southern for the most part...
Just wanna stir up the basket point out that Georgia is leading the rest right now.
