I can't think of anyone famous who was actually born in Phoenix, but a couple of notable people live/ have lived here for a time: Alice Cooper, Sen. John McCain, former Sen. Carl Hayden, Sheriff Joe, Del Webb, Frank Lloyd Wright, William Wrigley Jr, Pat Tillman, Phil Mickelson, Sandra Day O'Connor.

In one of my AZ books, it mentions Linda Ronstadt (sp?) was born there. Ill have to double check that.

Frankie Muniz that boy from Malcom in the Middle lived in my town for a few years, I met him once.

Jason Biggs from American Pie grew up in the neighboring town.

Jessica Biel was born in my hometown in Northeastern MN. Kinda cool because it's a small town with a population of like 6,000.

A town of about 3000. Our only claim to fame was Edward Jasper who played pro football for somebody???? I don't even remember who but for our town that was a HUGE deal!
