What types/vintages of houses are most common in your city?
For instance, in New York, you have the typical 19th century brownstone rowhouses, and further out from Manhattan, you get wood-siding, 2-story, peaked roof houses, many of them being duplexes.

Attached rowhouses, some tenement apartments, ramblers, detached and attached townhomes, housing projects, cape cods, some bungalows....
Same here, but add victorians, tudors, ranches, colonials, split levels, 2 stories and duplexes. I'd say out of all of them, colonials seem to be the most common.
