Hello, I am looking at cities to move too, where they have more to do than just paryting and clubbing. I come from Louisiana, and mostly all there is to do here, is clubs and bars. I am not to much into the club and bar scene, and want cities and states that offer more activities, places to visit, and things to do. Somewhere preferably with mild winters. Thanks.

Try Escanaba, Michigan or Green Bay, Wisconsin!

Oh ... mild winters ... right.

Try country living, especially if you like recreational activities. I live by mountains, lakes and the ocean. Four Season recreation is great too (cross country skiing or down hill for the adventurous). We canoe, kayak, hike, walk our dog on beatiful back roads, mountain bike. Even in the small towns there are usually small local theaters, places to dine out and arcades, mini golf in the tourist beach areas. You can go on boat cruises on the ocean or larger lakes. The only negative thing is that we have quite a bit of bugs in these rural areas!

Salt Lake City isn't much of a party town, I would assume, though they did hold the WINTER Olympics.

Can you think of any cities, that are in the South, like Texas, North and South Carolina, and Georgia?

Try Denver. Fairly mild winters, honest! Lots of outdooor activities. Plus the clubbing and bars. Something for everyone.

Try Charlotte there is so much to do in the day life that there is no need for a nightlife. Daylife is more important.

I never considered Denver to have mild Winters. Ironically that is where I have my online college at where I graduated from. Thank you for your input.
