NYC & Austin come to mind. I'm sure Vegas has them too.

What are yours?

nyc? what a joke lol. but to me the cities or towns with coolest cops are the ones that do not have a huge crime issue. Most of these cops will probably be more aggressive because cop work in a safe place is boring but most of the time they are cool. Unlike a city with a crime issue where a cop has to deal with his life on the line or deal with constant drug dealers, abusers, and gang members who have no respect for the cop.

Aurora, CO.

Each of my dealings with them have been pleasant.

Cops?Cool?smh.

But Philly cops have let me slide for minor infractions in the past, but the townies(township cops) are a whole different story.

NYC hands down. Unless you are committing serious crimes, NYPD are more tour guides than cops.

True that!

Taking pics with NYC cops is synonymous with tourism there. They get used to it I'm sure.

Huh? A huge percentage of NYC cops are black.

I agree with NYPD. They are a great group of people who can have fun when the situation allows.

"cool cops" is an oxymoron, IMO. There are cops that do their job, and cops that ride a power trip. All I can say about cities with cops is that I found Columbus, OH cops to be absolute power trip freaks that hit on 20 y/o college girls and ignore violent crime -- but most likely I feel this way because I lived on campus, and I'm sure campus cops in every city suck.

No cop is a cool cop.

Never trust a Crown Vic in your rearview, kids!
