I tend to feel the same way for CSAs that revolve around one primary city. When there's more than one primary city in the picture, I think they have their place--especially if the CSA used to be a MSA, which is the case for the Triangle. The last revisions in 2003 split the area up.

im considering between Duke and Emory so mostly around the campus area. but it is only about 2-3 years that I will be living there
