i personally think the south starts at fredericksburg,VA. but, i see why people call wilmington the south. If Baltimore is southern, what makes Wilmington any different?

A lot of African-americans are sleeping on Phoenix, Arizona.....Phoenix is on the come up for African Americans...Yeah the heat factor is there..but other than that...great weather, affordable, close proxmity to other cities.....

Yeah..but thats it...thats the only drawback...Phoenix consist of 300+ days of sunshine/
Affordable cost of living/Driving distance to San diego, Los Angeles, Vegas.....Personally could get used to that....

Phoenix is interesting, because it is only 5% Black, but Black folks live throughout the area(i.e.- Mesa, Tempe, Glendale, Peoria, etc.). It's South Mountain area is where the Black community is most concentrated in the area of the city/metro.

Arizona is one of the most racist states in the country. Most of the racism is aimed at hispanics and not blacks, though.
