If your going by the dixie line nothing in Delaware is the "south". That dixie line story is outdated to me.

It doesn't matter of Wilmington is in Philly's MSA its a southern city. Facts and history can back that up. If Wilmington is northern than so is Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
And if Baltimore and Washington, DC is Northern then so is Richmond, Norfolk, and Raleigh-Durham....

I go along with the Fact that the South starts along the Pennsylvania/Maryland state line.......

As is the way census designates what is Southern.

Ok, I need to clear this up. The Mason Dixie line is NOT straight and goes around certain states like Deleware.
