i personally think the south starts at fredericksburg,VA. but, i see why people call wilmington the south. If Baltimore is southern, what makes Wilmington any different?
If your going by the dixie line nothing in Delaware is the "south". That dixie line story is outdated to me.
Yeah..but thats it...thats the only drawback...Phoenix consist of 300+ days of sunshine/
Affordable cost of living/Driving distance to San diego, Los Angeles, Vegas.....Personally could get used to that....
^ Delaware is southern.
It doesn't matter of Wilmington is in Philly's MSA its a southern city. Facts and history can back that up. If Wilmington is northern than so is Baltimore and Washington, D.C.
And if Baltimore and Washington, DC is Northern then so is Richmond, Norfolk, and Raleigh-Durham....

I go along with the Fact that the South starts along the Pennsylvania/Maryland state line.......
A lot of African-americans are sleeping on Phoenix, Arizona.....Phoenix is on the come up for African Americans...Yeah the heat factor is there..but other than that...great weather, affordable, close proxmity to other cities.....
Thats because most of the Blacks moving to Phoenix(along with Nevada and Texas) are moving from the West Coast.......
So it is "racist" that the State of Arizona permits its officials to enforce federal immigration laws...
