Hi, I am a 20 year old woman, and my fiancee is from Bangladesh. We need to move somewhere that is close to an international airport, a university that has science and medical majors, a good transportation system, and lots of job opportunities. I am a high school graduate with no work experience.

So, if you have any suggestions, I would be very greatful.

Those areas of concern could be in many regions of the country. Do you think you could give us more details so we could give you more specifics?

Like what you want out of an area.

Weather
Safety
Transit
What type of neighborhood
Parks
etc

Low crime rates, train stations that connect to an airport, an area that is not very religious (I'm an atheist), somewhere that has lots of industries, not very many temperature changes, good, free medical facilities, and somewhere that has services for someone with Asperger's syndrome (me)

The first place that comes to mind based on your criteria is Seattle, then maybe San Francisco, provided you can find jobs there.

I agree with the last two posts. Seattle and San Francisco sound perfect.

Neither one of us has any religious affiliation, but I'm afraid that since my fiancee is from Bangladesh (a small country next to India), that they will mistake him for a Muslim. I know there are hate crimes everywhere, but are there cities that are more tolerant than others?
