Russian: New York City area; especially, the #1 famous Jewish place in the USA is the Brighton Beach neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.
Perhaps also, Jewish neighborhoods like Pikesville Maryland, Skokie Illinois, or Montgomery County Maryland.

Filipino: state of Hawaii, in general. Also Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, and any cities that have large
Navy bases like Norfolk-Virginia Beach, Charleston SC, Pensacola FL, Jacksonville FL. Many Filipino's
serve in the U.S. Navy, and also many U.S. Navy personnel served in Philippines and marry women there. Also, many
Filipino women work as Nurses in U.S. hospitals.
Also, Fairfax County Virginia, and the towns of Oxon Hill and Fort Washington Maryland. Possibly other western cities like
Las Vegas and Phoenix may have a lot of Filipinos ? I'm not sure of this.

Chinese: Hawaii, San Francisco and other cities on the west coast of the U.S. especially if they have universities like Berkeley CA, and Stanford (Palo Alto) CA.
Also New York City, and other large metropolitan cities generally, and towns with large universities or medical schools.

San Francisco and Daly City CA are two that I know for sure. I believe Daly City has a higher percentage of its residents of Filipino descent than any other community in the country.

Chicago & NYC also have very large Filipino populations.

Houston has the largest Filipino & Chinese populations in the Southern US.

Most Filipinos will be living in California, whether it be in the major cities (L.A. and S.F.) or the minor cities (S.D., Sacramento, Fresno, Bakersfield, S.L.O.)--anywhere with a CA address (and the associated 40% real estate premium). Hawaii is another large population center while the Pacific NW (Portland, Seattle, Vancouver) is the second largest base on the continental West Coast.

The North is popular, centered on Chicago, Detroit, N.Y.C., and D.C. In the South, the only significant population center is Houston (along the Harris-Fort Bend county line; Alief, Sugar Land/Missouri City, Katy/Cinco Ranch).

The county-by-county map shows random outliers in the middle-of-nowhere. It's likely caused by military bases. After Houston, the hue tends to get whiter if looking at major cities especially inland from the coasts.
