This is the same, but only among places with Population over 5,000. The "Obs" variable is the ranking in the total list of any population

No surprise....mostly college towns and wealthy enclaves with a few specialized areas sprinkled in (Los Alamos).

Dang, it used to be my hometown Oak Ridge TN was at the top of that list.

But now the bumper crop of Phds have died off or moved away, the younger ones are just as likely to live in west Knoxville. The cheap wartime housing stock has attracted poorer folks from surrounding counties.

Sigh. You can't go home again.
