ANYWHO
San Fran is majority Chinese if you break down all the Caucasian groups down (IE: German, English, French, Croatian, Greek, Spaniard etc) It is the only city so...
Montana, North Dakota, Idaho, UP Michigan, Maine, Wyoming all have hugely white populations. Although They also have a decent amount of Native Americans...Billings maybe? Boise?
As for my source for the San Fran thing: National Geo. I have the book that tells me the predominant ancestry of each county in the US (German, Mexican, Cuban, Dutch...etc... fine detail stuff...) Hawaii has majority Filipino and Japanese areas too...

Oklahoma City has a large white population for a large city. Its 68% white. You have to go to the small towns to find more white than that. The small town that I live in rural Arkansas is 91% white. It seems like its higher than that.
