Best: Utah's a great place to live. I'd put Colorado second.

Worst: Sorry, I'll put Nevada here. Just too dry, brown and hot for me, though I'm sure there are parts that are not. Plus, I don't like Las Vegas.

Just because I live in Minnesota I say its the best place to live. We have great weather if you like it cold. We have great education. We have great services for people with disabilities etc. However be prepared to pay high taxes, cost of living is high but we have some beautiful country here and 10,000 lakes and a who bunch of great people. What more can you ask for?
