A friend asked me about a city that would fit the following criteria... I can suggest several ones, but never combine all requests... could you please suggest a few?
1. mild weather (no Chicago winters or Arizona summers), preferably low humidity;
2. high % of (highly) educated people;
3. low crime rate;
4. population is less than - or about - 1 million;
5. relatively close to seaside/mountains (somewhere one can find nice outdoor activities within reasonable distance);
6. good quality hospitals, clinics, etc.;
Like I said I thought of many nice places, but cannot combine her requests no matter how much I try. Any suggestions?
