What about Honolulu? Honolulu is diverse and probably very integrated since it have a large biracial/multiracial population.

Queens is recognized as the most "diverse" county in the US. I believe San Francisco(city) is recognized as #2

True and it's in Northeastern Pennsylvania. About a couple of hours West of NYC.
