I cant mention any city in FLorida because all of our skylines are mediocre for our metro sizes.

Always thought Wilmington DE was ok for a city of 70K

I def agree with the Charleston, WV suggestion. Wilmington is good also, however they can feed off the the Philly metro area a little bit. Charleston is truly an isolated city with a good skyline for its size..

At the risk of sounding like a broken record...
Boise, Madison, and Des Moines are all about 200k with 550-600k metros.

Wilmington has a great skyline; I've never known much about that city. I will also second Albany and Charleston, WV .
