which state do you think is considered fast paced example: rushes in every way has no patience and son on?

Obviously NJ takes it all, being between NYC and Philly. How is Rhode Island even on the same list as JErsey?

Although NJ wins as a whole, there are areas of Maryland and NOva that are comparable. And I'd have to say that other areas of the NY metropolitan area are more fast-paced than Jersey. Just my opinion though, from what travels I've done that way.

Yeah why only 4? I'd probably vote NJ anyway, just because it's the most urbanized state in the U.S., but parts of other states are probably as fast or faster paced (i.e. NYC area of NY, the DC district, maybe SW CT, maybe Chi?)
