Default Top 10 Least Affordable US Cities

based upon median home prices -vs- median income:

10) Orlando
9) Boston
8) Seattle
7) Las Vegas
6) Sacramento
5) Miami
4) NYC
3) San Diego
2) SF
1) LA

I'm assuming this doesn't include the metro areas, but the city proper. NYC includes all 5 boroughs, since if it just meant Manhattan, it would've been #1.

I'm not surprised about Sacramento, that place has exploded due to Bay Area migration eastward. I think it's WAY overpriced.

Typically metro areas are discussed they are more representative of an area and more realistic. Regardless the list need not be metro to include all 5 boroughs, since they are part of the city.
