New York City.
Yonkers.
Detroit.
Newark.
Atlantic City.

Interesting how my comment to a guy who loves to downplay Louisville turned into a fight between Indy and STL. Who cares? Honestly. No one in Indy or Louisville even thinks twice about STL. And vice versa. Yet we have this person who always loves to bring up other cities to boost his own. I agree that downtown Indy blows away downtown STL...and so does downtown Louisville. Indy and Louisville have much more active downtowns and 10 times the development downtown compared to STL's downtown. Does that make them better cities? It depends on who you ask. But I for one don't try to bring up STL at every waking moment to get my points across.

I would definately put Cleveland on the list. Ctownnative, I don't know if you still live in that city, but if you do you would know the homicide rate is high. I believe that the homicide rate was up to about 80 by July! Imagine what it would be by the end of the year. I don't know what the rankings are in other cities, but 80 is considerably high for a town of less than 500,000 residents in my opinion.

I don't live in Cleveland right now,I lived there most of my life though, and I go back there all the time, and yes I would definetly put it on the top 10 lst, unfortunatly this isn't a top 10 list I want my city to be on.The last I heard there was like 87 homicides there, and that was like two weeks ago so I imagine its over 90 now.
