I'm 64 and live in Phoenix AZ which is one of the worst places for an old man to live year around and I don't want to freeze in the winter so I have look at every state and have only found 3 with all year round nice weather. CA, OR, WA. CA (The West Coast) if toooo expensive because I lived there for 45 years, WA is tooooo dreary which leaves OR. In Roseburg OR south of Portland (anther expensive place to live) the weather is cool in the summer and pleasant in the winter. I like rain and I'm sick of sunny days. So does anyone have a better suggestion?

Start here by inserting your weather requirements: Weatherbase - Find a Vacation Spot.

But you might consider here: Oregon Willamette Valley Map
