I've been through Why, AZ, I think. There's not much to it. It's way out in the desert real close to Mexico. There's a Surprise, AZ too. It's a fairly large suburb of Phoenix. Slickpoo, ID takes the cake in names though.

LA is easily one of kind. Maybe the most polarizing place in the US. World class in every respect, but without a dominant central core. blue collar at its core, yet glitzy Hollywood is its most famous export. Probably the only megacity built around the car. No two opinions on the city are alike.

uhmmm, there aren't any that are unique. City A might offer more than City B or City B might do something better than City A but there really isn't anything unique that one city offers that another doesn't. Chicago gets hot weather and Dallas gets snow, it's just that Chicago gets more snow and Dallas gets more heat.
