Arrow Counties in which the largest city is NOT the county seat

One thing I've noticed in Pennsylvania is that there are a fair number of counties in which the largest city is not the county seat. Here's a list of the obvious ones:

Blair County
County seat: Hollidaysburg
Largest city: Altoona

Cambria County
County seat: Ebensburg
Largest city: Johnstown

Carbon County
County seat: Jim Thorpe
Largest city: Lehighton

Centre County
County seat: Bellefonte
Largest city: State College

Elk County
County seat: Ridgway
Largest city: St. Marys

McKean County
County seat: Smethport
Largest city: Bradford

Mercer County
County seat: Mercer
Largest city: Sharon

Northampton County
County seat: Easton
Largest city: Bethlehem

What are some counties you know of in which the largest city is not the county seat?

I live in a county like that, the seat is significantly smaller than the county's largest city. Some larger examples of that include.

Catawba County, North Carolina - Hickory is about three times the size of the county seat, Newton.

City of Newton, NC

Benton County, Washington - Prosser is apparently the seat and has around 5,500 people. Kennewick is more than a dozen times that size.

Probably more, but it's about breakfast time.

The first that easily comes to mind for me is Fort Bend County, Texas (suburban Houston). The largest city is Sugar Land, while the county seat is Richmond.
Also I know that Brazos County TX largest town is College Station, while the county seat is Bryan.
I'm sure there's plenty more in Texas, but these were just a couple that I'm personally familiar with and came to mind quickly.
Also, Lea County, NM. The county seat is Lovington, while the largest city is Hobbs.

Madison County, New York: county seat is a teeny town called Wampsville, chosen because it was halfway between two cities that fought over being the county seat.

The county in which I currently reside (Cherokee County, GA) is like that. I live in the county seat, Canton, which falls shy of the largest city (Woodstock) by about 1,000 people.

Other counties like that are York County, SC, in metro Charlotte (York is the county seat; Rock Hill is the largest city) and Dorchester County, SC in metro Charleston (County seat is St. George; Summerville is the largest city).
