Besides Montreal (which is in Canada though) - What U.S. cities have the most dressed up and fashionable people? Do these places exist in America?

PS! I'm not talking about those who were business clothes, such as suit... and don't tell me cities where most people never heard of

Please share thought!

no, they don't exist in America. we just patch together burlap to stay warm or slip into the occasional barrel with suspenders.

Oh look... it would appear that NJ201, North_NJ, Mattias, SirYoYo, and a dozen other names used so far, is back again. Obsessed with NYC, Quebec, Montreal, the French language, and Sweden; all the while knocking the US.

NYC for sure. Modeling and big business capitol. D.C...L.A...Miami. I am not going with Chicago or Boston because fashion isn't as important as is being trendy and most trends in those cities carry on too too long
