You can't have Chicago on this... It's not even fair. Take Chicago off and it's a respectable question but asking which is the best skyline in the midwest including Chicago is not a fair debate.

Chicago has been ranked in many world lists as 1st or 2nd best skylines in the WORLD. So of course, for the midwest, chicago will with no doubt be number 1
