without a doubt Los Angeles, Specially if you go to Europe, europeans seem to love Los Angeles It is so different from their own cities and they like that a lot
Some europeans seem to think that some american cities like San Francisco, Boston or Philadelphia are bad copies of european ones or who try to look more the part, something that LA does not do, I think they like that originality in Los Angeles, and of course New York is pretty big in Europe, but since NY it is not put down much by the locals I will not elaborate more.
Also in the minds of asians Los Angeles is in high regard
Miami would lead my list. Europeans don't have issue with language difference like most "Mericans" do so the prevalence of Spanish speaking residents in Miami doesn't deter them.

² this. Los Angeles is so delightfully different from anything we have here in Europe. It's by far the city that attracts me most in the United States.
Although I think most Europeans favor New York, Miami, Orlando, New Orleans...
