Maybe one of the smaller cities in eastern TN, maybe Cookeville or some place near Knoxville or Chattanooga.

7) Affordable rent and housing.-compared to ? Most people consider TN to be very affordable.

wow this is really nice info. I figure there are a lot of smaller places that do not get much attention.
I will do some more digging on the places everyone has mentioned
