Of this list I would pick Detroit. With a metro of about 5 million people, the city provides a good variety of amenities with much to do and see. You can go about an hour outside of the city and be at beautiful lakefront or forest, has a world class auto show, has good museums and a relatively clean downtown area. I would compare the city to spicy food, it kicks but it is also very interesting
Edit: you better not let certain Philadelphians from this forum see that you excluded Pittsburgh from the list XD

Pittsburgh is not as easy to identify as Midwestern as these other cities, although I personally think if I had to choose between Northeast and Midwest, that I'd pick the Midwest. I always felt Pittsburgh was right on the dividing line between Northeast and Midwest.

Omaha is a nice place.

Detroit, Minneapolis, and St. Louis are good too. I haven't been to Columbus.

I voted Chicago. Minneapolis would have been my second choice.

Neither one has much of a butt. Just another typical white woman's butt. I got a Mexican woman, much more curves.

1. Chicago
2. Minneapolis
3. St. Louis
4. Indianapolis
5. Columbus
6. Madison (Cool Smaller City). I don't care much for Milwaukee.
7. Kansas City

Out of all cities I listed, I would only live in Minneapolis, Indianapolis, Columbus, and Madison.
