Exactly. The cult like following of In-and-Out fans have just as much access to fattening food and empty calories. It's just more swipes at the South, it makes some people feel somewhat better about where they live.

Agreed. Places like NYC, SF, Portland, etc. have no shortage of fast food, plus supermarkets where you can buy all the unhealthy food you want.

You think everything is a swipe at the south. It's not. Of course, I do believe the southern states have more obese persons per capita.
