Actually there are 24 hour services in Philly (unfortunately though the MFL and BSL both close a few hours suplimented by service during that time) but some light rail lines (we call them trolleys here) and the PATCO subway run 24/7

As a 24/7 line me thinks this would qualify

Interesting thread (however i dont like to hear 'la isn't tropical' by 8 different people)
Out of these three cities Los Angeles defiantly has better transportation. More buses and More Rail. However im sure Miami has more taxi's
